Deed in Lieu

HOW CAN I JUST GIVE MY HOUSE BACK TO THE LENDER?

General lender requirements to do a Deed in Lieu are:

• Home must be listed for 90 days as a short sale without any offer activity
• Financial prequalification (same as short sale)
• Title must be free and clear of any other liens (no 2nd mortgages, HOA liens, etc)
